The Emerson Radio Model 39 Warranty Card is a warranty certificate issued by the Emerson Radio & Phonograph Corp. of New York City to purchasers of its Model 39 radio. It sets out that meeting all warranty terms, the Corporation will have any defective part replaced and any necessary labor supplied without cost to the customer within ninety days of notifying the dealer.
