Austen blends humour, romance, and sharp social critique in this charming tale of growing up, self-discovery, and the dangers of letting fantasy cloud reality. A delightful read and a witty satire of Gothic novels.   Persuasion: Anne Elliot, intelligent and compassionate, belongs to an aristocratic yet financially troubled family. With Austen's signature wit and sharp critique of societal norms, this timeless tale explores lost opportunities, second chances, and the enduring power of love. A must-read for Austen fans and lovers of classic romance.

Jane Austen

Jane Austen

Autor

Steventon, 1775-Winchester, 1817.
