The Turn of the Screw

USD $ 7,99

In a remote English country house, a young governess begins to sense a presence she cannot explain. Charged with caring for two angelic children, she soon discovers that beauty and innocence may hide unspeakable secrets. As ghostly figures return from a dark past, reality blurs into dread, and every glance, whisper, and silence becomes a clue in a terrifying puzzle she must face alone. A masterpiece of psychological tension and haunting ambiguity, The Turn of the Screw remains one of Henry James's most chilling and provocative tales—an enduring classic that invites readers to question what is seen, what is feared, and what is true.

Henry James

Henry James

Autor
