What exactly is consciousness? For centuries, philosophers have tried to solve the mystery of consciousness, but they have repeatedly failed to answer the question of how the mind and body are connected. This radically new approach understands consciousness as a generator of communicative relationships with the world rather than as a perception process, as is traditionally understood. This new understanding stems from the transition from the Aristotelian system of thought to that of the new natural sciences. This new approach is closely linked to the philosophy of Descartes and the critiques of Leibniz and Kant. This new approach frees us from traditional paradoxes and opens doors to a deeper understanding of our existence. It invites us to rethink consciousness.
