The question of the origin and meaning of the world and life is ancient and is more relevant today than ever before. Religions provide answers to these questions. In order for everyone to understand these answers, they must be short and simple. But this also makes them susceptible to misunderstanding. If you had to describe yourself, would three sentences suffice? Hardly. In this book, I have tried to describe in an understandable way the content and meaning of the Christian faith for our increasingly difficult times. An inner emptiness is unbearable in the long run and makes us ill. I have had nine decades to follow our development and therefore know what I am talking about. With this book, I would like to do something to combat this emptiness.
