Manifesto of the Communist Party

USD $ 6,00

The Manifesto of the Communist Party, authored by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848, remains one of the most influential political documents in modern history. This revolutionary text presents a radical analysis of class struggle, capitalism, and the historical trajectory toward a classless society. With piercing clarity and uncompromising urgency, Marx and Engels outline the central tenets of communism, urging workers of the world to unite against bourgeois exploitation. This edition includes the powerful Preface, which contextualizes the historical moment of its writing, and the core sections that define the role of the proletariat in shaping the future. The authors explore the relationship between communists and workers, critique reactionary and utopian socialism, and position communism as the inevitable outcome of historical and economic forces. Also included are What Means This Strike? by Daniel De Leon, a passionate defense of labor militancy, and Value, Price, and Profit by Karl Marx—an essential supplement explaining the mechanics of capitalist economics and the theory of surplus value in simple yet profound terms. These additions provide a broader understanding of Marxist economic and political theory. Accessible yet deeply analytical, this collection is essential for students of political science, economics, history, and philosophy, as well as for anyone interested in the ideological foundations of labor movements, socialism, and critiques of capitalism. Over 175 years later, The Communist Manifesto continues to ignite debates and inspire movements around the world.
